  1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

When you finished your items selection. After clicking the add to cart or buy now button you will then proceed to go on to add your shipping details in and the next step will ask for your payment option.

No, we do not charge for shipping. We offer free shipping on all products.

  1. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME AND PROCESS?

Transit time is 2 - 8  business days,  and handling time is 1 - 2 business days. we use Australia Post, Aramex, Allied Express, Team Global Express, Hunter Couriers & Steadfast Logistics to Deliver your products.

  1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS AND TURNAROUND TIME?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. email us at admin@bathroomhaus.com.au for return-related information.

  1. WHEN DO I GET A REFUND?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
